Front Lower spoiler/bumber crack

Front Lower spoiler/bumber crack
I was wondering if you guys think this can be repaired or does the entire front bumper be replaced
The "white" (not referring to arrow color) is not all the way through and at its deepest maybe 1/6". The other crack is through and through with one side elevated when compared to the other. Also the Fog light grill is cracked.
I know the fog light grill will probably need to be replaced I'm just hoping that I can get away with repairing the rest of the front end
