Monza,

I enjoyed following your build.

I have a 2012 S-line Avant and am considering de-badging as well. I've done other cars with the hairdryer, floss, clay bar, wax process.

Any pointers for the Audi? Or is it straight-forward?

Thanks ...I think you got it.
If it's warm enough outside you won't even need the hairdryer.
I also used Goo-gone to help remove the left over adhesive.

Canvasback Cargo Liner
http://stores.canvasback.com/StoreFront.bok

I picked this up for our Q5 about a year ago and decided to get one for the Avant.
Fitment is perfect and it protects your cargo area from dirt and stains.

Looks good. Are the side pieces attached or do they velcro to the bottom?

The side pieces are separate and velcro is attached all around the perimeter of the pieces.

Garage (and car...wow) looks great. What did you use for the floor? I've been trying to figure out what to go with.

p.s. how on earth do you walk around in those heels all day?

Here are a few pics. Floors are still not 100% cured.

Thanks ...floor was done with Rust-Oleum epoxy floor coating kit.
A few years ago I rolled out a layer and since then decided to use some crack filler which obviously didnt match the floors. So I decided to roll out another layer and finish off the rest of the garage.

This is the 4th garage floor I've used this stuff on and overall it works well.
Make sure you clean your floors thoroughly before applying and have a friend help you with rolling the epoxy/paint mix out. It drys quickly and you want to make sure you get it rolled out before it gets chunky.

To minimize any drone I may get from an exhaust install in the future.
I've heard exhaust drone is more prevalent in Avants so I wanted to minimize that as much as possible.

The fit on that canvasback looks spot on. Tempted to pull the trigger on one of these... Is it spill resistant or just for surface dirt?

Love your "oem+" style build.

Yes, it's spill resistant but the side pieces are not attached to the cargo-rear seat piece so you'll get run off if it's a large spill.
