How do we know which plant our A4 is being built at. It appears the other plant will not be affected.

Once the car has been built and you know the VIN, one of the codes in the VIN is the plant. I wonder if before then, the salesperson can tell in the computer what plant it's been assigned to.

I got the sense that, at least last year, most of the B9s for North America were being built in Neckarsulm. Certainly mine was. Does anyone here have an Ingolstadt car? So this might not be a huge deal for North America...

If you have the VIN for your car from your salesperson, you can use it at https://www.vehiclehistory.com/vinde...n-decoder/audi and get the manufacturing site under "Vehicle Specifications". My salesman informed me on Monday of this week that my car had been built and provided it's VIN. My A4 was made in Neckarsulm.
