Default Lane Assist : how to switch it off

On my A6, I just had to press the **** to switch it off but I can't seem to find a way to switch Lane Assist off on my A4 - this drives me crazy on the highway. Help !

Could you share what it is that you find annoying about it? Is it just that you don't always signal your lane changes, or is there something else?

I'm going to guess (could be wrong) that it was set to the default (early), which is way too early for normal driving. I haven't actually changed mine to late yet because I only use the feature for traffic jam assist and adaptive cruise control.

I suppose I should try late though to see what it's like; I do use my signals though. 😇

Sorry, forgot to reply, it was set to late. It's nice if the highway is straight ow with long curves. But In heavy traffic with lots of curves, I find it intrusive.
