Default Mandatory Arbitration?

Did your Audi dealer incorporate a mandatory arbitration provision your sales contract? If so, do you care?

I would care, mandatory arbitration just takes away your rights as a consumer to get proper restitution if something goes wrong. It is a somewhat underhanded way for a bad dealership to protect their ***.

You won't find a dealer without one (or at least I'd be extremely surprised if you did).
