I am assuming you're inquiring about the 19" 10 V-spoke design wheels that is optional on the B9 A4? Best to inquire with your Audi dealer's parts department. Alternatively, you can buy the accessory 19-inch 5 V-spoke Wheels through your Audi parts store.

I like the standard 18" wheels and think they look sporty, but I love the 19" wheels. They really do add a lot to the A4. I would have fought for a dealer trade if mine didn't have them.
