I’ve been digging around for about two hours looking for Audi center caps for a new set of 18” VMR 718’s. I bought a set of OEM center caps, part number 4B0 601 170 A, and they are too small. The VMR center cap part number is C064-3 which has the internal clips further out than the 4B0 601 170 A center cap. Is there another Audi center cap available? I’ve been searching Ebay, Amazon and many Audi dealership websites. Getting a little frustrating and there’s tons of posts about this subject. Everyone says the 4B0 601 170 A will fit and it doesn’t.

Looking to set up 2014 A6 TDI Black Optics with winter shoes. Ended up going with VMR 18” 718’s with Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8’s. Maybe a little overkill in CT but know a few people with the Hakka 7’s and they swear by them.

I have 20" VMR 718s on my S6 for my winter wheels/tires and ordered cheap center caps on Amazon. The specific item/vendor I bought them from appears to no longer be active on Amazon (and they took WEEKS to arrive from China, even though "Audi Germany" is stamped on the backs of them - ha!).

They are a tight fit and advice I've seen is "buy 8 if you need 4" because they are fragile. I broke one of my original four so had to order a second set of four - so now I have three spares which I hope I never need.

Just search for audi center caps in Amazon. I believe this is equivalent to the ones I got based on looks alone:
Best to measure the opening (or if you have an original cap) to determine whether you need the 66mm or 60mm. These caps aren't the greatest quality, but you really can't go wrong for the price.
