Had the 2016 A6 for 2 weeks now. First time I took it out at night today. Had no idea there were strips of LED lights in the door panels until now.

Pretty cool right? Very classy "mood lighting" inside, doors and foot wells, rear and back. And you can adjust their brightness in the settings screen.

Illumination is adjustable. They've had these since 2005, pretty rare back then in my A6.

At first, I kept thinking I had the dome light on and it was shining on the doors.

#16 Passenger side mirror reverse tilt

Note: On the button, the passenger side mirror has to be selected for it to tilt in reverse. If the driver side is selected it won't tilt.

Good feature but not really a "hidden gem" as it's spelled out in the manual.

Sometimes it works for me but most of the time it doesn't. Stupid feature.
