You can't buy from an Audi or VW dealer but you can from anyone else. Lot's of them for sale.

I bought a used 2014 A6 TDI Prestige from an Audi dealership.


I bought the above A6 from an Audi dealer. They cannot sell new or CPO, but they are dealing in used cars and they go pretty quick once they come up for sale.

I thought you had to own the vehicle over the scandal time in order to be eligible. So if you didn't own it in September of last year, I thought you were out of luck.

Interesting. My local dealer told me they can't even sell used/non cpo TDI's. But I have very little faith in them.
