Interesting CEL cause
Had a CEL on my 2016 3.0 TDI. The dealership, "once we found it" said it was an easy fix, just put in the fuse the factory forgot.
The code was P21AC00 which is the reductant supply circuit. It seems to have something to do with the diesel exhaust system cleaning itself. They had to put a little over 40 miles on the car to "activate the Urea system" System is now "operating as designed"
Can anybody add anything to this?

It will not pass certification with the fuse in place so the factory is supposed to install it after testing but they forgot

More likely it was activating the DPF regeneration system not the AdBlue system which is always on. Fuse may be removed during transit to avoid the car doing a regeneration whilst it is being loaded and unloaded non ships
