Have you checked to see if your problem goes away if you remove said device????

Does this happen on every door, or just one? If it's multiple doors, I would begin to wonder if the car's battery is close to needing to be replaced...

In my experience, I usually only get 4-5 years from a battery.

Currently testing this theory out. I am turning my Bluetooth on my phone off every time before I exit the car to make sure my phone is not staying paired with the Bluetooth adapter. So far it seems like its working. But this is only one day worth of testing. I will continue to do this for the rest of the week to make sure this is the problem. If it comes back I will completely remove the device to see if that makes a difference.

I had to go thru a similar troubleshooting effort to determine that the cable that connects the rearward facing camera to the front camera in my car was causing an rf interference. Turns out the cable was routed too close to the FOB antenna/amplifier and the cable had to subsequently be rerouted down the opposite, passengers, side of the car. My problems were decreased FOB range, (so I swapped the FOB battery to eliminate that variable), door handle sensors would intermittently work, sometimes the FOB was not recognized by the vehicle, which is very disturbing when this happens and your in rush hour traffic on the highway, other times I had to put the FOB against the symbol on the dashboard in order to get the vehicle to recognize it and get the car started. Good luck in your efforts!
