Maintenance at 100K
Hi Guys,
So hit 100K (2012 A6 3.0T) last Sunday when going to waterfest.
So aside from the normal oil change/plugs, anything that should be replaced?
Water pump? Thermostat?
Belt (did this at 55K)?
Thanks and happy motoring!
Cheers.

Just keep up with oil & spark plug changes. I'm at 138k and so far there's been no surprises or really anything outside of oil, plugs and brakes.
I've read a few places about having the trans fluid changed at 150k even though it's supposed to be "lifetime" fluid and I figure I'll ask about that when I take the car in for the airbag sensor recall on the pass seat. While I do my own maint, it might be best to leave the trans to the dealer.
Aside form that, I have a O2 sensor that gets cranky every now and then but I figure I'll just replace it when it finally gives up the ghost.

Thank you for the wisdom!
Will follow.

I've had both the thermo and water pump fail so I would expect that you will have to replace in the near future or not. If you do a lot of traveling it wouldn't hurt to have them replaced as preventative maint and to avoid being stranded otherwise I would just wait for them to fail.
No so such thing as lifetime...a coolant flush, trans and differential fluid change and fuel filter change. Also I'd keep a couple coil packs in the trunk and a probably replace the battery.

I think the coil packs in our cars are OK (unlike the old ones in the older Audi...ie the old 1.8T engines)

100000k service
Hey Guys,
I am driving A6 C7 2013 2.0Tdi SE
I have done my oil, oil filter and fuel filter service arround 97k and reset the service as well... But recently when it was coming closer to 100k miles then it was poping up that it's due to service...
Can anyone tell me if it is something related or not? What should I do?
