Hey everyone, I live in Europe now and have been offered a chance next week to pick up a new 2015 A6 with the sport, cold and innovation packages straight from the manufacturer. I know this is a great experience but actually, it's been a long road cause I live here now and had to leave my S6 at home, a decision that I regret.

Anyways, long story short, I have always had the warm weather package (manual side shades and power rear shade) on all my Audi's and this is the first one that I haven't had that option. The waiting list for everything that I wanted would force me to wait till December for delivery and I don't have a lot of time to wait. Would anyone know all the corresponding part numbers for the side and rear shades to include trim pieces needed?

I asked the dealer and they pretty much gave me a blank look since I don't speak any German with exception of ordering a beer, and there's only been a few days here where the sun was a reality. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sonnenschutz oder sonnenschutzrollo im Fenster. Du kannst die Fotos zu zeigen ob der Autoverkaeufer weisst nicht.

Sonnenschutz is what they're called. Don't have part number.

You live in Europe, that's a a big place. Do you mean Germany?
You left your S6 "at home" but I don't think many people in this forum know where your home is? Is it in England?

Finally got the registration done and picked up the car from the plant.

DasA6: Much thanks for your translation. I wrote down what the words were and brought it to the dealer. Somehow though they managed to say something along the lines of it wasn't an available option for the 2015s either just at the moment or for good. Like I said, my German is absolutely horrible.

Has anyone out there heard anything different about this option?

Hmm, well on audi.de you can konfigur an A6 and I searched for "sonnensc" and it came up as a 450 EUR option. Should be under configuration 3Y5 with needed option 3NZ as a prereq.

2 points. Firstly the configurator on the Audi.de website is for the facelift model so be careful.

Second, this website AUDI Autopart Catalogue should be able to give you the part numbers for the parts you need. Blinds in the door should be fairly simple (probably need new rear door cards) but the power shade on the rear window will be much more complicated especially if the wiring is not part of the standard loom

Good point. OP, is your 2015 the facelifted model?

Won't be facelift as they have not yet started production of the Facelift versions. Early November at the earliest. Also some people in the UK are being quoted April delivery if they order now leading to some heading for the nearest Jaguar/Mercedes/BMW dealer and Audi losing a sale

Hey thanks for the input, Looks as though the parts are on backorder as they're dedicated to customers who ordered the option already. Guess I'll have to wait.
