So today i installed a 3 spoke wheel but i cant get the paddles to work no matter what i try! (im sure im doing something wrong)

Ive tried activating them via VCDS ( 16>7>long coding helper>byte 2 and i have this)
ive tried changing bit 4-5 form 10.... to 30... but no luck!_

If anyone ends up having the same problem (illumination on the wheel and paddles was working but not shifting) i disconnected the battery again and reconnected all the connectors (even tho all of them were fully "in") and it worked!

I could be misreading your pictures but in the first image it looks like your coding is...
000414
and then in the others it appears to be...
000434
but aren't you trying to make it 000430 ?
Or is the "4" in bit#5 somehow tied to something else?
