Default Possible to adjust coming home/leaving home time?

Hey all,

Just wondering if it's possible to adjust the amount of time the lights are left on when unlocking and locking the vehicle after getting out? I thought I saw a setting somewhere previously but can't seem to see it any more

Thanks!

My '15 doesn't have a length either. I could have sworn my previous Audis did.

There used to be a time adjustment in earlier models including my former '09 A4. Now, it's just on or off. What you may have seen in the MMI is the headight activation time settings of early, medium or late which turns on the headlights when it gets dark out if your headlight switch is set to Auto. It's possible there is a value mod using VCDS to increase or decrease the time but I haven't seen it mentioned.

Damn, not looking good
Definitely should be an option, would be rather helpful to make it a longer time

My A6 coming home lights stay on for about 3 or 4 minutes. I wouldn't need more than that to get in my house.

It's after I turn off and exit the car. I don't lock it since it's in my garage.

I'd really like lights to come on and stay on for a bit longer when I unlock car so I could find in crowded parking lot....

These times are easily adjustable with access to vag (VCDS). A friend with a Ross Tech cable (or you could buy the Carista solution) is your answer!

I don't believe Carista has a listed mod for adjusting the coming home delay.
As for using VCDS, providing coding instructions would be helpful.
