Did you hear back from the dealer about it? This is the front passenger seat for a loaner with 1,100 miles on it only! I got the loaner with only 11 miles on the odometer and my wife is the only one who has sat on it a few times. My wife is about 168 cm tall (5'6") and weighs 52 kgs (116 lbs)! How does this happen? I didn't have this problem with my 2012 with 37,000km on it. I'm worry about my car when I get this tomorrow or the next day...

Apologies for the late response. My SA said they would not replace them for a second time. The car is now at 25.5k and they are no worse than when I last posted in this thread. Still a disappointment, but nothing else has gone wrong since purchasing.

I called a last week. They said they are still waiting for a response from Audi. I will call again this week.

This is the reason Audi are going with the leather seating surfaces instead all the rest is vinyl.
