Default <sigh> Is there an easy way to remove the cupholder cover?

Had some coins in the cupholder. Wife went to remove them and had one slip in the slot between the cupholder and the hinged cover. It's now under the cupholder.

Hoped against hope the bottom of the cupholder could be removed after removing the rubber base. Alas, no joy.

Maybe from this diagram you can get some idea of the positioning of the cup holder and insert (#12 & #13). It didn’t help me, but maybe you can see a tab or connector since you’ve looked at your car.

Here's a auction for a cupholder with many pictures. It looks like there are screws that would have to be removed.

I am guessing trim panels have to be removed to expose the mounting screws that most likely exist. Not sure how to do that myself. However it would be nice. I just remembered I have a key stuck in mine. It opens a lock box to millions of dollars. HAHA. No it is just a mailbox key, but luckily it does not rattle.
