My point is that a wrong way driver will have killed either himself and/or others long before you get to read it on your trusty screen. Here in Southern California there is no way that you will get far without a major incident at any time of day. Maybe the report was for the reason for the already happened incident?

I wasn't actually anywhere near the bridge, but if my current route would have taken me over the bridge in the eastbound direction, I would have changed my route based on this alert, because I'm sure whatever happened caused chaos and better to avoid the bridge than getting caught in it.
