2001 Avant Exhaust help
My 2001 A6 Avant now has an exhaust leak, which seems to have been fixed before by the previous owner. It looks like they cut out the flex joints and welded in new ones. And after seeing the price for a new pipe, I know why. It is a NY car so it has Cali emissions. $750 each pipe, yikes...
Anyway... what are the options out there? I could have someone weld in yet another new flex, and hope they do a better job than the first guy, or are there options for other pipes? I am not opposed to aftermarket performance pipes, as long as I can do the front and rear sections separately.
