When was last time you checked oil level before this incident. I would think at that outside air temperature you could run your car at idle until it ran out of gas. Perhaps the breather system is malfunctioning and allowing oil to be sucked into the intake. Since you said you didn't have any codes perhaps the oil contaminanting the air/fuel mix finally bogged down the engine and it quit. Then the oil collected and was sent out the exhaust the next time you started the engine. I don't know if it is possible for the Turbos to leak oil into the air charge. I bet if you pull the rubber pressure hose to the intercooler from the turbo you will find your missing oil there.
