Default Bosch 5.3 abs control module 00273004285(with 8e0614111c)internal circuit picture

I have the abs control module failure(yellow abs light up,red brake light up, tachometer won't function,no A/C),so decided to repair it myself, unfourntunly, did some damged to the PCB board, because of the alum wire is very diffcult to be weld, then I screw up with some gold wire, and I don't know how many wire should be connected,
Is there any one had the picture for 00273004285, so I can check what should I do. (I have check some picture on the web, they are for BMW or Passat or some other model, there is a slightly different. Ithought)
Thanks a lot.

I had tried fixing my ABS module using conductive epoxy, but it didn't hold up well. Here are 2 pics of the Al wire region, where it typically cracks. My pics already have the epoxy added to the 2 Al wires where they attch to the gold tab. There is a company called Module Masters that does this repair & based on my experience, I'd go to them rather than tackle this job. The micro-size of the wires & the soldering requires special capablities & tools. They cleaned up my un-repair & the module has been working fine for over 1 year.

great picture, thanks.since I'm not in the state,so afraid that oversea shipping will cause more uexpect damage to abs itself .
by the way,is your control module P/N as same as mine 0273004285 & abs body is 8E0614111C.

I'll check p/n's when I get home. MM does package the ABS quite well from what I've seen...and I'll bet you won't be their 1st overseas order.

Also, from your 1st thread: I don't think tachometer or A/C are affected by the ABS.

My ABS module is Bosch 5.3 p/n 273-004-284 & is on a 2000 A6 2.7T Quattro.
Here's link to MM if interested. Note that car can be driven while module is removed... of course annoying beeps & lights & no ABS. But you have that already if ABS is broken.
