Cam chain tensioners
I recently had my water pump to my 2001 a6 C5 and timming belt done when they put the belt back on the cam tensioner started making noise and the chain started rubbing! I'm trying to figure out what Happened is it that is due to the mechanic error it ran before hand and never made a noise! is it mechanic error or mechanical error? Anybody help me please 2001a6 guattro 4.2

They should not have messed anywhere near the cam chain tensioner.
