Default Crankshaft is a little off the TDC mark, is that really bad?

Working on a valve cover gasket replacement on my 2.7t, and while on the process of locking crankshaft with locking pin.
I got the crankshaft aligned into Top Dead Center, and both marks on crankshaft and the plastic cover mark aligned perfectly into TDC, but after pin wad installed I got my crankshaft mark a little off to the right next to the TDC aligment mark on plastic cover, is this normal?

Im also thinking this happened to me because i had the camshaft locking bar installed on the camshaft pulleys, while I was installing the pin on crankshaft(which was really a pain in the ****) i was rocking it back and forth just a little, a few degrees right and left for easier insertion of pin into the engine. But im not sure if i removed bar from the camshaft pulleys while rocking the crankshaft.
If this is the case, can i align the marks again by installing the bar holder on pulleys while aligning the crankshaft with the socket.

align crank with lock pin first with camshaft lock-bar off, then you can get the cam bar on.
make sure that the crank lock-pin is fully seated, turn crank back and forth a few degrees until the pin is all the way in. if your cam bar cant line up with the cams, then something may have been mis-timed the previous timing service... it should line up 'almost' perfectly if crankshaft is locked right.
