Default A 'good' reader would have told you which one was missing.

The hole problem was a bad coil pack. Unhook them untill I found the bad one. Replaced and now all my codes are gone.

On the V8 you've got a 50/50 chance of finding the bad one in your first four tries! And then you've still got to clear the code(s) after you replace the bad coil. On a 4.2 16 model years old chances are it won't be the last coil you have to replace. If you're going to keep the car a few years, buy a spare coil NOW…it's a good investment. Prices on parts aren't going anywhere but up unless you buy used ones. Often people even have new ones on ebay (I bet they're a little 'hot' but without serial numbers it's impossible to trace them.
