Default Gut or not to gut pre-cat's?

I'm just about to pull my engine and rebuild it. I have a bad Bank2, sensor2 O2 sensor. I would not mind getting a little more power and I am sure that will come with the rebuild as I have 120psi in 4 cylinders and 90 in cylinders 1 and 3. I"m not looking to dump a ton of money in this car to make it super fast with larger turbo's and such, just some efficient power. I am rebuilding the turbos, oil seal is bad, but they will be stock.

I have read a little on gutting the pre-cats and that it helps produce some good efficient power. I also heard that you must move the O2 sensors to the rear location. How do I do this mod? If it is easy enough, I would like to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you are going to gut the cats I would recommend getting a tune that deals with that.

I have an APR stage 1 tune, pretty much all stock and plan to leave it that way. I was thinking of gutting the pre-cat's and moving the O2 sensors to the rear, but if that's gonna mess things up, I'll just leave it. Just wondering and searching the forums for possibilities.
