So I've had my '01 A6 4.2 Sport for 4 years next week. Cam chain tensioner bit the biscuit so I looked for a project car as the parts come in. Got a '00 2.7T that's a bit rough around the edges but a solid runner. Got it for dirt. Needs some minor work, new plugs, O2 sensor, brakes, rear view mirror, new blower motor, but otherwise outside of a couple of paint repairs and 4-5 hail dents, the thing is pretty nice. It's going to be hard to let this thing go. Bought it to fix and flip or part out (price was that low), but it runs strong and has little else to fix. Was only wishing it was a stick.
