Default A6 fuel consumption

I bought a6 three weeks ago, it's a6 2.0 s-line le manns 2010 model, really nice and beautiful car. I filled the tank full which is about 70litres and after filling up the car is telling me, 450miles. I mainly travel in the city but trip computer tells me 12-20 mpg which really scares me as I don't drive fast or crazy just normal cruising. I recently had a full service done from Audi.
Is that normal I should expect from s-line??

Apples to oranges but here's my experience w/US Spec A6 3.2 Avants. Bought '06 May '14 averaging 22.6 per US GAL after 23K miles. '07 Purchase 1 Jan '15 w/115K averaging 21.4 over 6 K miles. I would certainly expect a 2.0 to do better than that!

Is it a Gasoline or Diesel?

Anyways that seems low for either. I would start with new fluids (all of them) and then maintenance items such as oxygen sensors fuel filter, etc. etc...

If its a gas engine, get a carbon cleaning done.

It's a diesel and had a full service done! I'll have it diagnosed because my 07 VW passat used to give me really good mpg

Another quick question has anybody tried remapping to get better mpgs? There are some websites that claim with money back guarantee and warranty protected guarantee work to remap your car for better mpgs

I only tend to use the trip computer as a reference. I calculate my mileage based on how much I put in the tank and miles driven since last fill up.

The s-line is simply looks and some suspension mods...no impact on your 2.0 engine. Furthermore, you are getting worse mileage than my 4.2! And I like to let people know I have a 4.2

I would actually do the analysis of mileage yourself vs. relying solely on the trip computer. Furthermore, with that mileage I would do the following asap:
swap out spark plugs for new ones, ensure that my air filter and fuel filter are changed.

Definitely something is wrong here I never had this kind of bad experience with diesels before! Any pointers what should I do? Beside my diesel hasn't got spark plugs, it's only got glow plug. Air filter and fuel filter been changed two weeks ago by Audi on full service! The only thing I can think about is putting injector cleaner would that help?
