Hi all,

I've recently brought a 55 plate Audi A6 C6 and am looking to get a Dension Gateway 500S BT installed. As I understand, I need to update the software version to get everything working correctly once installed.

Now I've read loads of threads about this, but I simply cannot find what current version of software I am on! I've tried going through every option on the MMI and nothing shows me the version. I understand there should be a 'Version' option within the 'Settings' menu, but i can't find it anywhere!

The only thing I've found relating to software, is by holind Settings and Return, selecting the interface Box, and it shows "SW Rel: C6stdPlus_0050"

My question is, how the heck do I find out what the MMI SW Version is, and do I need to update to work with a Dension 500S BT?

Really appreciate any help you guys can offer, and apologies if this has been covered, but I simply cannot find the 'Version' option on my software!

Version

You'll find all your SW settings
