Default First thing to mod on a stock 2005 4.2 liter

So I recently purchased a 2005 4.2 liter A6 with 97k miles. Everything is stock on it, so what's the first thing I should do in terms of performance?

Congrats on the car and you'll hopefully love it as much as I do mine.

BTW, the first mod, besides ALL the maintenance stuff, is to add a rear sway bar, it'll make an enormous difference on the handling of your vehicle: H&R Sway Bars - 25mm Adjustable - Rear | AWE Tuning

Here's a thread on the maintenance and mods I've done to mine: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-...-pics-2844343/

The rear sway bar is a huge improvement. It is clearly the first thing that you should mod. The second thing should be Koni FSD shocks.

+1 on what Kevin said, or feel free to add aftermarket coil overs, since at the mileage of your car, most likely the original shocks probably don't have much life in them. BTW, you should definitely go about doing ALL the required maintenance FIRST, of all the people I know who are diligent over such things, Kevin is as OCD as me on that.

When it comes to a car OCD is my middle name! Lol

Had the 2015 at the dealer yesterday for its second oil change and the installation of Eurocode Sway Bars and links!
