Default oil leak/ timing chains

just picked up a 06 a6 3.2 was leaking a puddle of oil on ground after shutting vehicle off. motor was wet up top with oil and also found oil in plug socket. I resealed cam cap covers, rear timing cam covers, oil filter housing gasket, and replaced cam chain tensioners cause I was in there. now there are two small issues on cold start I get some chain noise/rattle then goes right away and it is also still leaking oil from the lower timing cover. have people seen this? audi wants a lot of $$$ to do the job. I am going to remove thee trans and do it myself. have people used the timing chains and guides and tensioners that Autohaus sells? Any input of experience is greatly appreciated.
