Default Peeling Carbon Fiber

Hey guys, I just picked up an 08 s6 off the original owner. I have two minor issues involving the carbon peeling off the cup holder door as well as the two side panels on the center console. Has anyone played around with methods of resolving this or what? I feel like a little heat and a two part epoxy could fix the side panels but the cup holder door is trashed so I'm trying to source a new one now.

Wow, did not know a piece of plastic can cost that much of money. I will really take care of mine in the future. BTW, parts.com sells it for $226. it might be cheaper to go to junk yard to look for the spare part.

if the door is still functioning, I would remove it. Sand to smooth and then either paint or vinyl wrap it. That should look good.
