Radiator fans running at full speed in 20° F
My radiator fans are running while I'm driving in winter weather, my temp gauge is reading normal.... Does this sound right?

no it's not normal definitely a malfunction, check the temperature sender seem like it senses a hot temp on your engine or could there be water in the ECU Box that trigger the fan control relay
