Default Steering column adjustable does not work - VCDS Basic Setting

Welcome for the first time on your forum.
I became a happy owner of the Audi A6 C6 3.2 petrol

Unfortunately, steering column adjustable does not work. Worked front and back, but not working up and down. I found the topic of the need to carry out a steering adaptations.
Unfortunately, after doing this by VCDS I heard just like a relay, and now does not work any longer in the plane.

In all the instructions that I found it after entering in the Basic Setting and selecting a group of 001 should be like in the picture

But in my first window at the Supply Voltage is DISABLE and ENABLE should be.
What is going on? I checked the fuses steering wheel.

Is it possible somehow trick the VCDs check the movement of the steering wheel? Because it's certainly a fault settings. Previously worked front and back. Now, nothing works.

Please help. I am a layman in these matters.

Thank you.

you followed this? (also did you click the "next" button in vcds to start the basic setting?):

Steering Column Adjustment
Prerequisites:
Steering Column or the Central Electronics Control Module (J519) have been replaced.
Approach all 4 end positions (up, down, forward, back).

[Select]
[09 - Central Electronics]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 001
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
The adjustment should now be learned.
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

cheers/H and welcome! =)

If the motor is responding I'm guessing it's a mechanical issue.

At that step, you need to control your steering column and try to adjust through all the 4 ends. UP, DOWN, IN, OUT as far as they will go.

(That's how I understand that step; could be wrong)
