BI TDI is diesel with two turbos. Its got 313 hp from factory and 750 nm of torque. The power is incredible and it is faster than Porsche 997S in a drag race.
As you googled, the 21" and air suspension is a factory option in Europe. With three settings of suspension you have comfort, dynamic and a auto setting.

I just installed Eibach Spring. "SO MUCH" less body roll while turning and nose up when I accelerate hard. I heard Eibach drops less than H&R and that was main reason I went with Eibach. (Too see the Eibach drops from Non-Sport) So far I love how car drives and nothing really compromise from stock~
Can't help you with H&R since I never had it.
Good luck with your decision~

Width
im pretty much sold on 21" wheels, but what do you think about width? The wheel I want has a 21x9 and 21x10.5 option. The 10.5 will problably look bad ***, but should I have concerns with it fitting properly, rubbing, etc?

Just added some 22x10.5 Verde Parallax with 295 25 22 Tires offset is 30 all around. The wheel gap up front is because of my driveway it is actually only like a finger gap. On Sport suspension, bought the H&R springs but decided not to install so if anyone is interested let me know.
