I just got mine for around that price/layout/miles. cpo, prestige, s line,cold weather pkg, 29.5k miles, $45.5k Good luck, I'm absolutely in love with mine!

Picking up my A7 today! CPO, 2012 Prestige with the innovation package and cold weather package. 43k miles and $42.5.
