Active Cruise and Radar Detector
We have an A7 with the Active Cruise control, blind spot detector, etc.
Is it worth hooking up the Valentine one, or is the car going to set it off all the time on it's own?

I had to disable the rear-facing X-band detection because (my best guess), the A7 blind spot detection was setting it off as it bounced off of nearby cars. It's pretty easy to do with the instructions.

Get the v1 updated. If it is not the latest already. Great improvement no side assist false alerts.

No side assist false alerts? Without optioning it, like this:
I upgraded my V1 about 6 months ago - the amount of falsing it does on laser, especially at night, makes the unit almost unusable now.
