Remove chrome "A7" from trunk?
Took advice from here and had dealer remove 3.0 Quatro from trunk at delivery. Like that. Now I am pondering that I should remove "A7" as well. I have Pearl Black Prestige with Black Optics 2014 with windows tinted. I like grille with only the rings in chrome. Am thinking the back would be better with chrome rings only as well. Is it weird to not have the model anywhere on the car?

I don't think that it is weird at all. People that know Audi's will know the model from the silhouette. People that don't know the models wouldn't know if it was a A3 or A8.
The practical thing about removing the badges is that it's easier to wash and wax the area.

Congrats on that 3.0 TSI quattro removal, that is TMI imho;
while the angles in A7 do closely mimic the tailight, I just removed mine and find that now the overall design of the back end prevails without distraction; maybe the back end looks even wider, or maybe I've watched too many episodes of Brain Games, ha
If you're near the top of the food chain, there's no need to advertise it

Fortunately, your A7 badges have no alignment holes*. When I ordered my A7, I took a photo of an A7 from the internet and debadged it using Photoshop. I put the two photos up as my computer's wallpaper and would look at them to decide whether or not I should debadge my A7 when it arrived. I thought that it looked so much cleaner without the "A7" and "3.0" and I debadged it the day I got it!
* My 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ Diesel 5.0 had holes in the trunk and on the sides to help align the badges when installed. I had to have a body shop fill the holes and paint them when I removed the badges. I know... a diesel Grand Prix!! I wish I'd kept it because I've never heard of one since!

With the black optics package the less the chrome the better. I like only having the 4 rings on the back and the "Supercharged" plates on the side. On the last visit to the dealer I had them remove the "quattro" badge from the grill. Now only 4 rings on the front to match the back.

Just did it this weekend. Use some floss or fishing line and just start going back and forth under the emblems until they fall off. There will be some glue left over on the car, so some simple elbow grease and goo gone will clean it right up.
