S8 no start.
Ok so ill start off with that the alternator went on me while i was driving and i didnt realize the battery light was on until it was too late. So i had it towed back to my house and got a new alternator and battery. Swapped them in and started the car up thought it was going fine until it died a few minutes after.
So my first thought was throttle body needed alignment after the dead battery. Plugged vagcom in and did the alignment.
And still not start after that. It pops and gurgles every now and then but nothing of substantial running.
Ive checked the crank sensor, and maf and all fuses. In the kick panel as well as ecu box. But am lost as where to go next.
Any help would be much appreciated.

A parts store code reader (universal OBD codes for all cars since 1995) will only read codes that set the CEL (only a small portion of the ECM info), but even the free version of VagCom will read EVERY fault code (and change some soft coding) in EVERY module in the car.

I have a full version of vag com. And it wont run long enought for a cel to set. And a full body scan doesnt come up with anything. The only thing i can think of is the Immobilizer but the key in the car light isnt on so even that isnt very probable.
Im just completely out of ideas. Checked the crank sensor checked cam sensors throttle body it has fuel. And all the coil packs seem to be in good working order. I checked the timing and it looks in time.
