Hey all, been a while. 98 A8 Q 4.2 164 k miles trans fluid /filter changed 3 times since new but it is close to 60K since last service. Getting an occasional shudder while turning. Usually when getting back on throttle as pulling out of corner. Not always but somewhat consistent in certain corners. Can be 2,3, or 4th gear. Using Tiptronic so as not to lug but not straining at all. Am I starving fluid from converter in corner or is it some sort of diff lock/unlock issue?

Second issue: Live in hilly area and get a clunk just as I crest the apex of long hill and get off of throttle. Trans in 4th and speed about 50 mph. Happens almost all the time hot or cold. Torque converter locking/unlocking? Don't really hear clunk any other time.
