Also want to put a sensor in the spare, which btw is a 18" fat 5 star wheel with a 255/45/18 tire. Would you know what psi it should be stored at? I was surprised to see that as the spare, didn't think that wheel could clear the S8 brakes but it definitely looks like it has been used before and it fits nice and snug in the trunk spare storage area.

Thanks,
Scott
Let me know if you decide to get a 5 wheel set up (ie have the spare match your new wheels) , I'm after a black 5 spoke spare.

No plans to replace the spare, but you'll be the first to know if I do. Would you happen to know the recommended psi for the spare?

At least on Q5, you could get "old" style TPMS in Canada as an option.

With OE sensors, they might not work if the wheels don't have sensor cutouts. Now a lot of the aftermarket sensors will work because they car much more versatile in mounting options because they were made go go on various wheels. The Gator sensors that I used from what I remember should work but I think most aftermarket sensors will work.
