What do you mean by "tested and inspected by cheap ABS"? If you plugged in a universal scan tool with the capability to test ABS on other cars, you could have activated component protection in several modules. To a dealer you should go. Be happy the car is still driveable.

i went to the dealer and they told me i needed a ABS control module. So i sent it out to cheap ABS in VA, they said there is nothing wrong with the unit. I used VAG com to reprogram the unit. So i did. My battery keeps dying. I ran it there VAG COM, so it said my brake light switch was bad. So i replaced it. I drive it around and came back and let it sit for a few hours and came back to a dead battery. So i jumped it again. Now non of my gauges work or my HVAC unit display doesn't work. The center LCD screen is red. I have attached a picture of it.

Suggest you charge the battery fully as that may be causing odd displays. I have noticed that if the charge is low, the battery management software in these cars, shut off select electrical items. Once charged, run the scan to see if there are other error codes.
