Default Hello

Hello, I just picked up my 07 s8 and am loving it. The previous owner took great care of her.
She is everything that I've wanted and more. I'm looking forward in learning more about this car.

Can anyone tell me a trick to getting my homelink setup? I can't for the life of me get it to accept my code.

Congrats on your S8. Louis's video is the way correct method of setting up your homelink. The steps are in your manual if it came with the car.

Congrats on the new ride.

For me to get my 2007 S8 to work with my opener, I had to get a repeater from Homelink. The older receiver in the Audi wouldn't work with the newer garage door opener. It was free from Homelink with free shipping.

Nice. Looks like it has (just about?) every option! Just in time for nice weather cruising.

Yes sight unseen. I talked to the dealer a lot, saw a bunch of pictures and was happy. Made an offer and a week later I had it pulling up to me.
It doesn't have the solar sunroof but I think I can live without that.
Like I said the previous owner did everything and anything that Audi recommends for maintenance to the car so it made it a lot easier to by sight unseen.

I'm not new to Audi's just been a few years Since I've owned one. I know a well taken care of one is worth more and to have the documents means a lot.

The dealer also put on New front pads/rotors and fixed a cv boot that was torn before I took it.

I'm always a little nervous buying sight unseen. Never been burned, though. It's an excellent looking example, enjoy it!
