Purchased a 2015 Audi A8 L last December with cold weather package, driver assistance package, wheel and tire package, luxury package, and premium package. Previous car was a 2012 Buick Lacrosse. I understand the Buick is not in the same league as the Audi, but i think it has a quieter ride than the Audi. I don't know if its because of the bigger tires/wheels, all wheel drive, or just what. My Audi seems to have more noise from the front than what I was expecting. The only other issue I've noticed is the wear and discoloration of the Nougat Brown seats on the driver side. The discoloration is small, but noticeable. The care is back at the dealer to have that fixed along with the passenger side shade screen. These probably seem petty, but when you pay $100K plus, you expect a lot.

I had an S-Class before and with snow tires don't notice any difference in noise between it and the A8L. It grows on you but I find the Aidi user manual pretty poor in user friendliness for all the fancy electronics.
