it doesn't get any better than Easy Care. Dealers love them because they rary decline a claim. I also learned hat they pay retail for repairs whereas some carriers get a discount. It can't hurt to keep the guys happy who are wrenching on your car. I got a 4 year policy on a 7 series for ~5k. Easy Care paid for more than$10k of repairs without whining once.

I've had great luck with Audi Pure Protection Plus Platinum. You can find a thread in the D3 forum about my buying experience. I live in Oklahoma but found the best deal on the warranty at Roger Burdick Audi in Cicero, NY. Joe DiSignor is the guy to talk to. He's working up a bid on my D4 right now.

Let us know a ballpark figure when Joe gets it completed please.
I'm only putting on about 6k per year now and on the fence about keeping the D4 longer than initially planned.

I put 10.5K miles on my car in the first 3 months. I might consider extended warranty options soon, haha.

Joe quoted about $2800 if I buy it now for 6/100k. About $5000 he thought if I wait until the factory is up. The six years runs from today, so it's a total of a little over 7 years or 100k.

Thank you. Greatly appreciated.
I'll give Joe a call once I make my final decision.

I shopped the New York Audi versus Continental Audi in Naperville IL. The Naperville Audi business office was quoting $400 less than New York. I still need to pay taxes as I live in Illinois but it was still a lot cheaper. Shop it around seems to be the great advice. http://www.edmunds.com/auto-warranty...-warranty.html

You can search the fora for more info. The contracts are usually posted on the sites of the vendors. If not, you should get the contract and read it before purchasing any warranty. Do not rely on the sales guy to tell you what is and isn't covered.
