So, I took delivery of my 13 4.0 yesterday and I looking for the best ideas for Android integration, video in motion, suggestions and where I can get it done in the DC metro.

Check my signature for available VCDS Modifications. This will require a genuine Rosstech Cable, which you can find here. You will need this if you have any plans of doing maintenance or diagnosis yourself. Let me know if you have any questions.

Also, with that kind of a title, I was expecting a dire emergency, as opposed to the routine questions you had. Try to keep the title appropriate for what you're asking for, to aid in those who may be able to help. I can't help you with android integration outside of the usual bluetooth connectivity.

You can also search the forum for topics, often what you are looking for has already been posted.

Sorry about the title it does read pretty urgent. I found some information on mirroring the Android onto the MMI screen, but it was in a A4. Just wanted to post in the A8 forum and see it anyone has done this and what I need to get it done. Willing to pay.

I don't think you can mirror onto the mmi screen in the A8. There's a company working on it, but we'll see if they can get it to work or not. VIM is easy enough. I've enabled that and a number of other things in mine.

Another thought is to find a local mechanic that you are friendly with. My guy here has the VCDS equipment and he does it for me for free, I just give him the coding info
