Patience, that's funny---not what I'm known for 😉. I'm actually driving out to the dealer a day early on Thursday to see the car in the flesh. I figured I'd give them some extra time for the delivery prep, etc.

Please thank the "other room" for me. Now let's get you on the new A8 crazy train. LOL!!!

Fine fine... I'll call my salesman in the morning and ask him if he's got anything I'd like.

Been working on him for over a year now to give me purchase less $1/mile for trade.
Bonus is I won't need to put new windshield wipers on!

It is beautiful. You have the patience of a saint (not sure which one though!).

After all my time in the business, you can become jaded because it's just another car to be delivered and commission collected.

This reminds me of how important it is to share in the customer's pleasure and joy.

Thanks, much appreciated. Not sure Brian, my ABS, would characterize me as the patient type---possibly more like I should BE a patient somewhere, I'd imagine. After the last several leasing go-arounds, he now refers to our mutual new car ordering experience as getting aboard "the Crazytown Express."

He is a true professional, and really is "the saint" in that relationship. And yes, he does go the extra mile for my wife and I. As for dinner in the Audi---Eating any food in there is strictly verboten 😬. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
