Default Delta radio aux options

Finishing the reassembly after a successful heater core install on my 96 cab (thanks to dragonryder's great instructions), and wonder if there is any way to create an aux in for I phone/pod while I have the unit out.

Hi. I think you can do it, but not sure how. I wanted to do, but I found a device - a audio cassete with audio jack with wire. So you just put it inside the cassete slot and the cable in the phone without open the unit, mess up with the thing and you can remove it at any time and hide it in the glovebox. The Audio quallity is just very good, maybe because I bought the most expensive - $18 I think.

If you want to put a new aftermarket CD, I have the wires and the scheme to do it and I can send you pictures if you want.
Previously, I did mine to aftermarket unit, but they stole it (you can see the thread "My cabriolets - passion to own") and I put the original one in it and just purchase the original CD player and put it in. Thats what I recommend to everyone to do

Btw, where I can see the instructions of dragonryder?

Thanks. Yes, I have the cassette adapter. Was just looking for a way to wire an in to the unit. I prefer to keep the stock radio, for as long as it works. Here's the link to the heater core thread.

$30 from Amazon..just play mp3s off your phone..there is a small mic that pulls out for phone calls. No more CDs or wires. Works well with my Delta CC. Trick..keep the volume down on the phone and up on the radio to avoid music playback distortion.

I switched out my Delta for a A8 Concert on my coupe, but take a look at Grom Audio. Nice BT connection, head controls the tracks, or plug in & charge. You'll need the little blue adapter, and will want to make sure it goes as far back as the Delta, and it has a CD controller (or find yourself an nice concert, which will add fade & balance w/ old school matching OEM look)
