Default 90 CQ progress with a problem

Let me start by saying this is my first older Audi
I have had a couple of A4s and loved them.
I have always wanted a ur quattro but they are
worth way to much.
Any way so my 90 CQ not running for a year
I did the timing belt and seals, and replaced
a ton of vacuum lines, oil change and a coolant flush
Plugs cap and rotor. I tried to start it stumbles and died
well pull the injectors and barley a thing out of the
injectors. So I think maybe a they are all clogged
Pull one out turn the key and fuel dribbles out
I check fuses all good so to the tank I go I check for
twelve volts and it's there. I hear the pump energize
But I lost daylight. I need to check the fuel pressure
At the fuel pressure regulator. I know the fuel pump
is functioning can the frp stop fuel supply?

the filter might be clogged which will cause fuel starvation or blockage

I found it in front of the driverside rear tire
But also found no fuel in or out of the filter
Pulled the pump it sounds like it's working but it's doing nothing
so I have to order a new pump oh boy!

Ok UPDATE
New fuel pump installed she starts and sounds good.
I let the engine run for 5 minutes and noticed white smoke it's
water not coolant but water.
My first though is head gasket oil looks good
the fill cap looks good I don't see oil in the coolant.
So tomarrow ill do a compression test to see If the
engine is healthy.
It sat for two years there was a gallon or two of old gas
I added about seven gallons of 91 and some stable. Can a car sit for that long and the
head gasket fail ?
