Default Getting an old CQ back on the road

Hello I just purchased a 90 Coupe Quattro in need repair
It needs a new driverside fender
And I'm not sure what years of the 90 will fit. Any help will be very helpful.

your problem is not a fitment problem but rather trim. you need a B4 cabriolet fender so the trim will match

It has sat for a year plus, tank was bone dry. Side note paid 450 for it. new battery fresh gas it fired up but acts like it's ruining out of fuel.
Going to pull plugs and injectors and do a good cleaning. Oil was clean and didn't see signs of water in the oil

understood, here is what needs to be done:
spark plugs
spark plug wires+dist cap+rotor
air filter
fuel filter
OIL CHANGE
i would also run a can of sea foam thrum the tank
coolant flush with G12 or G13 (DO NOT USE GENERIC COOLANT)
brake system and clutch flush

spark plugs+air filter-fuel filter+oil change and coolant is a must
