All parts are for a 91 90 quattro 20v:
Looking for a header back exhaust system or someone willing to build me one.
Egr valve and solenoid or an ecu without egr function, Norwegian or euro spec.
willing to drive anywhere in Oregon for the exhaust.

I imported a non-EGR 20v into Canada from your area, perhaps you can find similar parts locally. I visited some excellent wrecking yards near the coast, but am not sure all ECUs are inter-changeable, is there an early/late build divide?

Although I've read of folks who re-coded 12v ECUs to enable EGR deletion, I see few disadvantages to a functional EGR on the V6, what do you gain by not having a working EGR on the 20v if that is your aim; and are you allowed to not have one, if your car came with one?

Finally, I believe you are going to be able to find both S.S. tube benders (like Columbia River) and system fabricators (like Custom Exhaust Specialties) (no afilliation in either case) in your area who can aid you. Your plan is to include the cat. and resonator, correct? When I first had a cat-back system made, I did take some chain-filled VAG hangers to the fab. shop, but regretted not having the resonator replicated.

I know it is possible to recode an ECU on an OBD-2 cab (i've done it with my Vag-COM for a friend) Unfortunately i don't know if OBD-1 is capable of that function or not. you may have to get on to motorgeek for that one.
